Samsung announced today that the Galaxy S8 duo was awarded “Best Smartphone” title at the 2017 Asia Mobile Awards. The award was given by the GSMA at a glamorous event at the DaGuan Theatre in Pudong.
The award for “Best Smartphone” was given after an assessment from a panel of journalists, market analysts, and influencers. They took into consideration the physical design, user experience, performance, simplicity of use, value and innovation. According to them, the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ are the devices that deserved this prize the most.
